Directions to South Elementary School

Directions from Hartford, CT to Windsor Locks, CT:

Rte. 91 North to Exit 42 (Windsor Locks, Rte. 159).  At end of ramp take a left.  Travel for ¾ mile and take second left, which is South Street.  Proceed up South Street, (after second stop sign); South Elementary School will be on the right.

 
Directions from Springfield, MA to Windsor Locks, CT:

Rte. 91 South to Exit 42 (Windsor Locks, Rte. 159).  At end of ramp take a left on to Rte. 159.  Take second left, which is South Street.  Proceed up South Street, (after second stop sign); South Elementary School will be on the right.

 
Directions from Rte. 140 (East Windsor) to Windsor Locks, CT:

Travel west on Rte 140 to Main St. (Rte 159)  Turn left on Main Street.

Follow Main past: Dexter Plaza, Post Office & Congregational Church on the right and Ahlstrom’s on the left.  Past Congregational Church, take first right, Elm Street (Rte. 140).  Follow to first traffic light.  Turn left at the light on to South Center Street.  Travel approx. 1/3 mile to the first stop sign.  At stop sign, turn right on to South Street.  Proceed up the hill; South Elementary School is on the right.

 
Directions from Rte. 20 to Windsor Locks, CT:

Follow Rte. 20 to Rte. 91 – North. Take Exit 42 (Windsor Locks, Rte. 159).  At end of ramp take a left.  Travel for ¾ mile and take second left which is South Street.  Proceed up South Street (after second stop sign):  South Elementary School will be on the right.
